Treasure Bay Casino After Hurricane Katrina
Treasure Bay's pirate-themed casino was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Today, after extensive reconstruction, the entire facility is land-based (no floating barge). They've toned down the pirate theme in favor of a more contemporary look, but the resort continues to deliver good value and plenty of excitement.LOCATION
Treasure Bay is on Beach Blvd (US-90) approximately 3 miles west of I-110 and Beau Rivage.
Hotel @ Treasure Bay
Treasure Bay's hotel was completely renovated and it reopened in Summer 2007. Rooms feature modern decor and have beach or pool views. In-room amenities include coffee maker, private safe, hair dryer, ironing equipment, and free wireless internet.
Swimming Pools - there are two outdoor pools. The fully redesigned decks feature tropical landscaping, a bar, and a fire pit.
The Beach - a wide sandy beach is across the street from the resort.

Treasure Bay's new land-based casino opened in 2006 and has over 800 slots and video poker machines, as well as table games. The video poker inventory included some full pay games (9/6 JOB), progressives and bar top games.

The Den is a casual 24-hour cafe serving appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, steak, and seafood. Check the daily specials.
Infinity Buffet - Ten serving stations with traditional and international foods. Overlooking the pool. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
blu - lounge located on the ninth floor serving drinks and tapas. Live entertainment Fri & Sat evenings.
CQ - fine dining on the ninth floor. Menu includes steaks, seafood, and continental cuisine. Open for dinner.
